The Virginia’s Stars program is a non-competitive youth development program for girls aged 3–13. Through the program we strive to give young ladies the opportunity for personal growth and the skills needed to excel in life. We encourage you to get involved with a local chapter’s Miss or Teen delegate to help foster confidence, leadership, and sisterhood. During competition week, the Virginia’s Stars will participate in exciting events, receive an official Virgnia’s Stars Sash and Crown during a crowning ceremony, and participate in a special production on stage each night of the competition.

The Pinky Promise

I pinky promise to cherish my health every day and help my sisters in every way. Together we promise to take good care supporting women everywhere. We'll take charge and be wise because our health is the greatest prize!

Important Information

Stars must be at least 3 years old by January 1 and no older than 13 on June 20 of the competition year. 

Fee is $350 with a 50/50 payment plan available.
Full payment must be received by June 1 of the competition year, unless otherwise noted. 

Program is only open to girls
